This is something you may do before a speech, consultation, meeting, interview, or anything else that takes a lot of self-assurance. Many people lack bravery as a result of low self-esteem and procrastination. Improve your self-control with this ancient, tried-and-true strategy. During your public presentations, protect yourself against anger, greed, ego, and other negative energy.

Examine your reflection in the mirror. Take a look at the location of the third eye. Concentrate on your third eye for at least 10 minutes. Don’t move or blink your eyes during this practice .In the mirror, your image will fade and you will see your energy. You can even extend this practise to view the faces you had in previous lives.
