Mudra Practice

1. Thumb – Close both ears with Thumbs

2.Index finger – Place it on the eye balls.Press lightly.

3.Middle finger – Place it at the both corners of nose,press the point.

4. Ring finger – Place it above the lips,below the middle finger.Now press this point .

5.Little Finger – Place it below the lip edges and press the point.Now make OM sound.

All these points Activate your Inner light for your inner view.Please beware, upon gradual practice the eye balls start to go inside the eye area.You can practice Candle light Trataka (Single pointed gazing) to keep the eye balls in place.The Trataka practice keeps the eyes at right place.Initially you will see the collision of two light energies between the brows.You will able to see the inner light after the collision of two brain lights
